2) Narrow pilot
We define a small, testable scope (usually CX, RevOps, or SDR Ops). 2–4 weeks with clear KPIs.
3) Operate + measure
We implement workflows, SOPs, and automation while reporting weekly on agreed metrics.
4) Decide next
Expand only if it’s working. If not, you keep the documentation and improvements.
